Enjoy our entertaining spaces for each occasion. The large formal drawing room for fifty people standing with a club fender, bar, card table and window seat features an important collection of 19th Century British portraits.
With views over the parkland, our south-facing sitting room known as the boat room is situated near the breakfast room, and features a club fender, log fire, and large ottoman.
Pour yourself a drink and head to the 'club room' situated in The West Wing. This space gives off a members club atmosphere and has a large fireplace, comfy sofas and chairs, a cinema room, darts, a pool table, and plenty of board games to keep all members of your party entertained.
Or if you’re here for a more relaxing Cotswolds stay, snuggle up by the fireplace in the cozy snug, which features a large TV.

Our breakfast room provides a comfortable dining space situated between the kitchen and the bar the room seats ten, faces south, you will find a collection of St Ives School pictures featured on the walls.
For larger gatherings, the Medieval banqueting hall can seat 20. Positioned in the heart of the house, it has amazing monastic columns, elm flooring, and an enormous fireplace. The space also features a lavish wine cabinet to help you find the perfect bottle to accompany your intimate gathering or a cosy night in.
Enjoy 'al fresco' dining? Our sunlit courtyard features a delightful al fresco dining space that can accommodate up to 20 guests, with heaters, a barbecue, surround sound speakers and a WIFI connection.
