         he gardens at Coombe End were redesigned by renowned British horticulturist and garden designer Gertrude Jekyll in the early 20th century and have been carefully preserved and nurtured ever since.

Today, the estate spans more than 2,000 acres, offering an abundance of space to explore, from historic gardens and rolling parkland to peaceful countryside rich in wildlife.

However you choose to spend your time, the grounds offer countless opportunities to slow down and savour the surroundings. Wander at your leisure, seek out hidden corners, or settle in with a book and enjoy the sense of space and serenity that defines Coombe End Manor.

Framed by colourful borders and winding pathways, the gardens offer a variety of spaces to enjoy throughout your stay. The top lawn lends itself perfectly to a quiet game of croquet, while the terrace provides an elegant setting for alfresco dining beneath the evening sky.

Beyond the house, an orchard leads down to the Garden Pavilion, a charming outdoor entertaining space seating up to 22 guests. Complete with a BBQ and pizza oven, it is ideally suited to long, leisurely lunches beside the pool.

Further into the grounds, the estate's amphitheatre overlooks a tranquil pond, creating a spectacular setting for outdoor cinema evenings and special gatherings. From here, a natural spring flows gently towards the secluded Bluebell Wood, one of the estate's most enchanting hidden corners.
